Born and raised in regional Australia, Owen is a Singer-Songwriter with a love for the bush and a passion for crafting distinctively Australian experiences into song. His style is playful and driving, ranging from classic bush ballads right through to punchy Rockabilly. He aspires to the soulful tones of Phil Emmanuel and Ian Moss with his roots in the Country sounds of Slim Dusty and Adam Brand.

Owen is a prolific songwriter who was nominated for CCMA New Songwriter of the Year and ASA Australian song of the year in 2023. 

Described as having “perfected the sound of true Aussie country” by The Northern Daily Leader, Owen has been honing his art through live performance, even reaching the Grand Finals of the Australian National Busking Competition.

Owen's debut EP "The Snowies" is tabled for release early 2024, produced by industry legend Simon Johnson. Owen is also a graduate of the Country Music Association of Australia's Academy for 2024.
